Update on 22 April 2022 - Delays expected

Northern Rivers area is still experiencing delays in deliveries, as they recover from the flooding.

Qantas continue to be affected by COVID-19, resulting in limited ground staff causing delays across our airfreight network.

25% of Allied Express, including agent partners and line hauliers across Australia, are affected by COVID-19.

Delays of a few days are expected across Australia. We appreciate your patience.


Delivery is very important to us, this is why we have invested a lot in bringing to you the fastest delivery possible.

Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 2 and 8 working days, depending on your location. Most orders will be shipped from the warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne or the Gold Coast. A tracking number will be provided on your order page. 

Please note: During the school holidays period, more people are shopping online, which is impacting the couriers and Australia Post network with higher volume of parcels. This is causing delivery delays of few days. We appreciate your patience.
