Covid-19 - Important Information

We are continuing delivery of all orders. As we do this, we need to protect the health and well-being of all our team members and partners. Most of our partners including our customer service team are continuing operations by working from home. The warehouses are not open to the public.

Australia Post and other partner couriers remains operational across Australia. Posties, delivery drivers and Post Offices will continue to operate.

However, there are a range of factors contributing to possible delays, which include fewer domestic flights and increased volumes as more people start shopping online.

These delays can be up to a few days, and we ask that you bear with us during this challenging time. 

If you didn't recieve your order within 10 business days, please contact us and we will follow it up for you. Please send an e-mail to with your order number.
